question ffasheepdog Durabrand HT-400 Digital Home Theater System? Hookin up’???
I bought a Durabrand HT-400 Digital Home Theater in a pawn shop and it did not come with instructions on how to hook the U-boats. I have all the satillite speakers to come to an end because it was quite hook red to red and black on black. I bought a subwoofer of the same pawn shop (for it was the cheapest I found and was built in amps). But anyway, my question is, how do I hook the sub to my system? It has connectors for input and output are in red and black in back, long a source other than the connection. The other connection is somehow as usual, what you see on TV trays, where video games to hook up there. But I do not know if my system has this type of connection. If this is not what is the best way to close it? Any help would be great. And if someone has a website that the manual would be great if you could let me know, thanks hat.Nochmals ya’all. Hey, if you connected your satellite was probably a receiver. Your receiver must also provide an output (RCA type – like the back of the VCR, etc.), is on the back box. Run (or is a regular analog video cables also) a subwoofer cable from there to the RCA inputs on the back of the sub. When combined with L and RL the first time.

Before you bring the sub-woofer home, make sure it has a fairly heavy cord with a 1″ wide connector on each end. If the sub is not the same make as your amplifier/receicer for your system, the connections may be different. Make sure the two things are compatible. If they are, here’s what you do. (1) Hook all your speakers to the proper connections on the back of the sub. (2) Hook that cable I told you came with the sub between the connection on the sub & the one on your amp. (3) Plug the power cord for the sub into your surge protector, along with each piece of your system that has a power cord. That’s the way my Panasonic 800 watt system hooks up.
